- Job-Based Rate: We shall charge a Certain %age of the Job work price which you will bill to your client.
- Hourly Rate: Our hourly rates are around U$10 to U$15 per hour depending on the type of task, complexity of tasks, and resources required.
- Fixed-Rate: If you want we can also set fixed monthly rates for your bookkeeping needs.
- Full-time Employees: A dedicated employee will be assigned to your job to work full-time (160 hours per month) and you will be billed on a monthly basis.
- Customized Rate: We can offer you a Customized rate according to your Bookkeeping needs.
Lock-in Contract
No lock-in contracts, leave at any time (1 month’s notice is all we need) – We don’t lock in our clients because they love us and rely on us. We only request 1 month’s notice of leaving us. This is just to give us time to reallocate your accountant to another client. But you get a full handover service if you are leaving. No problems, no issues, and hopefully, no regrets.

We are sensitive to customer concerns and ensure absolute confidentiality and privacy of any information that is given to us. Customers can specify their preferred mode of contact with us, and we will not disclose their identity without their consent.
